If it's your first visit, please arrive 10 minutes early so we can welcome you, show you around, and help you get set up before your session.
After your first session, we recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early to give yourself plenty of time to settle in and allow for traffic and/or parking.
For the safety and security of our members and trainers, our studio doors are locked at the session start time.
As our trainers are actively teaching and aren't available to monitor the reception area during sessions, we’re unable to allow entry once sessions have commenced. Please ensure you arrive before your scheduled session start time.

As our trainers are actively teaching and aren't available to monitor the reception area during sessions, we’re unable to allow entry once sessions have commenced.
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled session so you have plenty of time to get settled and can factor in traffic and/or parking.

We get it, sometimes things pop up (peak hour traffic, kids, work etc.) and you might be running a little behind time.
However, our doors are locked at the scheduled session start time for the safety and security of our members and trainers, so unfortunately late arrivals won’t be able to join the session.
-
With a maximum of 8 clients per session, spots can fill up.
If a session is full, we advise joining it’s waitlist by booking as usual.
How does the waitlist work?
Each session can have up to 8 people on the waitlist.
If someone cancels, you’ll get an SMS in the order you joined the waitlist. You’ll have 45 minutes to confirm or decline your spot via SMS before it’s offered to the next person.
If a spot opens within 30 minutes of class starting, it’s a “fastest fingers first” approach - this means everyone remaining on the waitlist will get notified at the same time and the first to reply gets the spot.

General
-
Our classes are designed for adults in mind, therefore clients must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Please note that, for safety reasons, we can’t allow children to wait at the studio while their parent/guardian is in a session. -
At Vybe, our priority is to keep every client safe while still getting the most out of their sessions.
Our trainers can provide modifications for minor injuries, niggles and general movement limitations in our group classes. We simply ask that you reach out to ads before your next session.
However, group classes may not be suitable if your injury or condition requires frequent exercise substitutions, significantly limits your movement, or prevents you from participating in large portions of the session.
In these situations, your trainer may recommend pausing group sessions and seeking more personalised support through clinical Pilates, physiotherapy, or 1:1 training until you're ready to return.
We're always happy to point you towards trusted allied health professionals and will welcome you back when group sessions are appropriate for you again.
To ensure the safety of all clients, Vybe reserves the right to determine whether participation in a group class is appropriate based on the nature of your injury or condition.

Recovery looks different for everyone. Some people may feel ready to return to exercise around six weeks, while others may need longer. The most important thing is that you’ve been cleared by your OB, GP or relevant healthcare provider before returning to group sessions.
When you’re ready to return, our FORM sessions are a great place to start. Your trainer can provide tailored adjustments to help you feel comfortable and confident as you ease back into movement.
If you have any concerns about your pelvic floor, core, pain or your return to exercise, we also recommend speaking with a women’s health physiotherapist before returning to group classes. They can provide individualised assessment and guidance specific to your recovery.
Please note: Our sessions are group classes, so while we’ll always do our best to support your individual needs, your trainer will also be coaching the rest of the group. Your experience may look different to the person next to you, and that’s completely okay. Listen to your body and work at a level that feels right for you.
