Choosing a name for this studio had to mean something.

At the heart of Vybe is the community. We’ve created a space where anyone can walk in, feel welcome, and train with purpose. No egos. No pretence. Just a crew of strong legends working hard together.

Watching strangers turn into friends? That’s what fuels us. That’s why we’re here.

Vybe with a “Y” because we like to do things differently. A bit more edge - just like the space we’ve built.

Movement, because that’s what we’re about. We move with intention. Every session has direction. Every progression has a purpose

A 45-minute, full-body reformer session built on precise, controlled movement. POWER isn’t reformer on autopilot - every movement is intentional and mindful.

It sharpens your form, builds the foundation for progression, and still delivers a challenge that leaves you energised, confident, and ready for more.

STRENGTH

45 minutes of strength-focused movement that bridges reformer pilates with traditional functional training. Think dumbbells, tempo, supersets, and control - all programmed to push your endurance to the limit. True to the Vybe style, STRENGTH delivers smart sequencing, and results you can feel both on the reformer and in your daily life.

This is the real MVP session at Vybe,

JUMP

A 45-minute reformer session with the jumpboard driving explosive, plyometric movement. You’ll build stamina, sharpen coordination and control, and challenge your body under intensity. JUMP is high-energy, full-body training that lifts your heart rate, builds strength and endurance, and leaves you riding that post-session high.
