At Vybe, we’re strength-focused - using the reformer as a tool to challenge you.

Our approach complements your training in the gym, in sport, and in everyday life, helping you move with intention and build the kind of strength that carries over beyond the studio.

That said, you don’t need to be a gym-goer or athlete to move with us. Whether you cross-train or this is your only form of movement, you’re always welcome here.

And while the sessions are tough, the energy is high and the beats are pumping. You’ll be challenged, supported, and feel like you’re meeting up with good friends.

Choosing a name for this studio had to mean something.

At the heart of Vybe is the community. We’ve created a space where anyone can walk in, feel welcome, and train with purpose. No egos. No pretence. Just a crew of strong legends working hard together.

Watching strangers turn into friends? That’s what fuels us. That’s why we’re here.

Vybe with a “Y” because we like to do things differently. A bit more edge - just like the space we’ve built.

Movement, because that’s what we’re about. We move with intention. Every session has direction. Every progression has a purpose

POWER

This is the OG session at Vybe, the one that started it all.

45 minutes of strength-focused movement that bridges reformer pilates with traditional functional fitness. This session emphasises tempo, form, control, and pushes your endurance to the limit. True to the VYBE style, POWER integrates functional movement and heavy weights with the Reformer for the ultimate full-body workout.

JUMP

A Cardio/Strength hybrid, but make it low impact? JUMP has entered the chat.

A 45-minute session integrating jumpboards into the mix to add a cardio component to your routine. You’ll build stamina, and sharpen coordination and control under intensity. JUMP is a full-body workout that will get your heart pumping while building momentum, endurance, and strength for a well-rounded sesh.
