A Cardio/Strength hybrid, but make it low impact? JUMP has entered the chat.
A 45-minute athletic reformer session with the jumpboard driving explosive, plyometric movement. You’ll build stamina, sharpen coordination and control, and challenge your body under intensity. JUMP is high-energy, full-body training that lifts your heart rate, and leaves you riding that post-session high.

This is the real MVP session at Vybe, get ready to work.
45 minutes of strength-focused movement that bridges reformer pilates with traditional functional training. Think dumbbells, tempo, supersets, and control - all programmed to push your endurance to the limit. True to the Vybe style, STRENGTH delivers smart sequencing, and results you can feel both on the reformer and in your daily life.
