Studio Location:
Level 1, 51 Futures Road, Cranbourne West VIC 3977We share the building with Adapt Gym (although we are separately owned and operated businesses).
Enter through the main building doors, then head upstairs. Our studio stairs are located just to the right of Adapt’s reception area.
What if the doors are locked?
Our main entrance doors are locked once class begins, as Adapt Gym downstairs is not always staffed and we share the same entry. Please make sure you arrive on time, as late arrivals unfortunately won’t be able to join the class
-
If it's your very first visit, please arrive 10 minutes early so we can welcome you, show you around, and help you set up and settle in.
After your first session, we encourage you to arrive at least 5 minutes early to give you time to settle in and factor in traffic/peak hour/parking.
What if the doors are locked?
Our doors are locked once class begins, as our neighbours downstairs at Adapt Gym aren’t always staffed and we share the main door with them.
Please arrive on time - late arrivals unfortunately won’t be able to join the class. -
If you’re new to Reformer, we suggest starting with POWER so that you can learn the fundamentals and get familiar with the reformer first.

Sessions

Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that things come
up unexpectedly.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, simply head to your Momence app, tap on your booked session, then select cancel and confirm. You can easily manage your bookings on the Momence App:
Please make sure to cancel at least 6 hours in advance to retain your class credit. If you cancel within the 6-hour window, you will forfeit your class credit, and our cancellation policy will apply.
Please note: We do not accept cancellations via phone, email, social media, app messaging, or any method outside of the online booking system.
-
With a maximum of 8 clients per session, our classes can book out.
If a class is full, we advise joining it’s waitlist by booking as usual:
How does the waitlist work?
Each class can have up to 8 people on the waitlist.
If someone cancels, you’ll get an SMS in the order you joined the waitlist. You’ll have 45 minutes to confirm or decline your spot via SMS before it’s offered to the next person.
If a spot opens within 30 minutes of class starting, it’s a “fastest fingers first” approach - this means everyone remaining on the waitlist will get notified at the same time and the first to reply gets the spot.
-
We get it, life gets busy and plans can change! That’s why we have a cancellation policy in place to help classes run smoothly and fairly for all clients.
If you can no longer attend a class, cancellations must be made through the online booking system at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time.
Please note: We do not accept cancellations via phone, email, social media, app messaging, or any method outside of the online booking system.
Any cancellation made within 6 hours of your scheduled class will be considered a Late Cancel. If you do not cancel and do not attend your class, this will be considered a No-Show. This also applies to classes you are added into from the waitlist.
Early Cancel ($0)
Cancel at least 6 hours before class and your class credit will be returned to your account to use another time.Late Cancel ($10)
If you cancel within 6 hours of class, you will lose your class credit and incur a $10 late cancel fee.Membership holders receive 2 waived late cancel fees per 28-day cycle.
Clients using a single session pass will lose their class credit only.No-Show ($15)
If you do not attend your class and have not cancelled, you will lose your class credit and incur a $15 no-show fee.If you arrive too late to join the class, you will also be considered a no-show.

We get it, sometimes things pop up (peak hour traffic, kids, work etc.) and you might be running a little behind time.
However, our doors do lock as soon as the session begins, so unfortunately late arrivals won’t be able to join the class.
